Contract Glazing Estimator

Job Responsibilities:

• Utilize in-house estimating computer programs for preparing contract glazing estimates for new commercial construction jobs. Must be familiar with construction plans, architectural glass, and aluminum products. Must have a functional knowledge of the installation of said product.
• Must be able to present contract glazing estimates, build customer relationships, and continue working relationships with general contractors and owner’s representatives to secure contract glazing work.
• Use of industry specific computer codes, estimating packages, plan room services, and ftp sites is a plus.
